Welcome to Samurai Fragrance - a brand new Fragrance company for men based in Wollongong Australia. We understand that you may have some questions about our company and the services we offer. Below are answers to some commonly asked questions. If you don't find the information you're looking for, please don't hesitate to contact us directly.

  1. How do I place an order?

    • To place an order, simply browse our website and add the desired products to your cart.

    • Once you've finished shopping, proceed to the checkout page to review your order and provide the necessary information.

    • Follow the prompts to complete the payment process, and you're all set!

    • You will notice many of the products are out of stock or coming soon, because we are a brand new store, currently the only fragrance available is the Samurai Spirit EDP. If you press buy under in the Spirit tab, and then click the Eau De Parfum (and it has not been sold out), it will be available!

  2. What payment methods do you accept?

    • We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, Visa, MasterCard, PayPal and Afterpay.

    • Please note that available payment methods may vary depending on your location.

  3. Do you offer international shipping?

    • No, currently we only offer domestic shipping within Australia. During the checkout process, you can enter your shipping address to determine if we ship to your location.

    • We do intend to introduce international shipping, however Australian shipping requirements are quite strict, and we require some time to organise this process to be efficient and convenient for you..

  4. What is your shipping policy?

    • We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible.

    • Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen during checkout.

    • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

    • Essentially, there are 3 shipping options;

      Default shipping - this is the slowest but is free.

      Express shipping - a fast secure method that utilizes the Australian Post.

      Personal shipping - if the customer is within close access to where the bottles are created (Wollongong or the Illawarra), a team member of Samurai Fragrance will personally deliver the product to the desired postal address. This method is not restricted by the limits of the Australian Post but will only be utilized in specific circumstances.

  5. Can I track my order?

    • Yes, you will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.

    • You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment.

  6. What is your return policy?

    • Please refer to our Returns Policy section to learn about our return guidelines and procedures.

    • We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase, and we will do our best to assist you with any returns or exchanges.

  7. How can I contact customer support?

  8. Are your products recyclable?

    • We are committed to providing ethically sourced, cruelty-free, and environmentally conscious products.

    • All of our bottles are made of glass and are therefore recyclable, the same applies to our cardboard boxes for delivery.

  9. Do you offer discounts or promotions?

    • We periodically run promotions and discounts. To stay updated on our latest offers, sign up for our newsletter or follow us on social media.

  10. How can I stay informed about new products and updates?

    • Subscribe to our newsletter to receive updates on new product launches, special promotions, and company news.

    • You can also follow us on social media platforms to stay connected and engaged.

  11. Do the products match the imagery available on the website?

    • It’s important to note that all images depicted on the website are computer generated. The real product looks as close to this as possible but it can not possibly be the same. You will find images of the real bottle on our Instagram @samuraifragrance.

    • Additionally, the product will of course come in a box from shipping that is not visible on the website. It is a plain black cardboard box with the ingredients of the product available on the bottom (as is required by Australian Law).
