RETURNS POLICY

At Samurai Fragrance, we value your satisfaction and strive to provide you with the highest quality products. However, we understand that there may be instances where you need to return or exchange a fragrance. This Returns Policy outlines the guidelines and procedures for returning or exchanging products purchased from our company. Please read the following information carefully.

  1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:

    • Returns and exchanges are only applicable to products purchased directly from Samurai Fragrance

    • To be eligible for a full refund, the fragrance must be unused.

    • To be eligible for a partial refund - you must get in contact with our team at admin@samuraifragrance.com in order to determine the next steps.

    • Returns or exchanges are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date.

  2. Returns and Exchanges Process:

    • To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at admin@samuraifragrance.com. Provide them with your order number, the name of the fragrance, and the reason for the return or exchange.

    • Our customer service team will guide you through the process.

    • Pack the fragrance securely in its original packaging or similar protective packaging to prevent any damage during transit.

    • Ship the package to the following address: Parcel Locker 1028337717, Shop 18, 110-114 Crown St Wollongong, NSW 2500.

    • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe arrival of the returned item.

  3. Refunds:

    • Once we receive and inspect the returned fragrance, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund.

    • If the returned fragrance meets the eligibility criteria, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method.

    • The refund will include the purchase price of the fragrance, excluding any shipping charges.

    • Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution's processing time.

  4. Exchanges:

    • If you wish to exchange the fragrance for another product of equal or lesser value, our customer service team will assist you in selecting a suitable replacement.

    • In case the replacement product has a higher value, you will be responsible for paying the price difference.

    • If the exchanged product has a lower value, we will refund the price difference to your original payment method.

  5. Partial Refunds:

    • Partial refunds are available in the event that you have tried to fragrance and genuinely do not enjoy it and wish to return it.

    • Please note that this process MUST be undertaken within 30 days of purchasing the product.

    • Additionally, the product must be given a fair and reasonable testing period, including the smell itself, and it’s performance after a reasonable amount of time.

  6. Damaged or Incorrect Items:

    • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery.

    • Provide them with the order number, details of the issue, and any supporting evidence, such as photographs.

    • We will work swiftly to resolve the problem by providing a replacement or issuing a refund, depending on the situation.

Please note that this Returns Policy is subject to change. It is your responsibility to review the policy periodically for any updates or modifications. Also note that this returns policy is in compliance with the relevant legislation - such as The Competition and Consumer Act and the Fair Trade Act of NSW. Customers of Samurai Fragrance are entitled to full / partial refunds if the circumstances of the return allow for it.
